Greenwood Village

This picturesque enclave boasts incredible views of the Front Range Mountains.

Welcome to Greenwood Village

A picturesque family community with opulent homes and stunning views.

A stunning community with gorgeous views and low-key elegance, Greenwood Village is welcoming and sophisticated. Like its nearby neighbor, Cherry Hills Village, Greenwood Village is a suburban paradise with rural charm and pastoral beauty. This picturesque enclave boasts incredible views of the Front Range Mountains, as well as vibrant entertainment and culinary scenes.

Settled by John Melvin in 1859, the Greenwood of yesteryear was dotted with small dairy farms and orchards. Life in Greenwood Village today is nothing like those days of milking cows and mending clothes, but the rolling hills and horse country retain the simple appeal of those early days. The natural beauty today is thanks in part to the 100 acres of undeveloped land, as well as pristine parks, gorgeous green spaces, and miles of biking and walking trails. Known for its family vibes, opulent estates, and exclusive lifestyle, this small village is the perfect retreat from a hectic world.
